How can I deactivate my instructor account?
If you are no longer using CATME and wish to deactivate your instructor account, please contact support@catme.org with your request.
Can I use an email other than my institution’s to use CATME?
No. For security reasons, CATME only activates accounts with an institution’s email. This is to ensure accountability of the instructor that CATME is being used safely and securely. To request an exception to this policy, please contact licensing@catme.org.
